ASRC, along with its family of companies, is the largest Alaskan-owned and operated company, employing more than 16,000 people across Alaska and the Lower 48. The company has six major business segments: government contract services, industrial services, financial solutions, petroleum refining and marketing, energy support services, construction and north slope operations.

ASRC’s corporate headquarters are based in Utqiaġvik, Alaska, with administrative and subsidiary offices located in Anchorage and throughout the United States.

Strategic Plan

In 2017, the ASRC board of directors and executive management undertook an intensive strategic planning process focused on successfully mitigating risk factors and growing the corporation over the next five years. The 2018-2023 Strategic Plan takes an integrated approach to grow and diversify ASRC’s core base of businesses and includes some ambitious benchmark goals, including our overarching measure of success to become one of the top 100 largest private companies in the United States.
