Butch Lincoln is the executive vice president and chief operating officer for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC). Having previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer, he brings a diverse and balanced background in finance and operations with more than 20 years of service with the ASRC family of companies.
In his current role, Butch is responsible for ASRC’s long-term strategic direction, and orchestrating diversification efforts through capital deployment and mergers and acquisitions to improve ASRC’s quality of earnings, profitability, and competitive positon. He also provides valuable oversight to the operating subsidiaries within the ASRC family of companies.
Butch has built a team of top performing executives, professionalized the organization and established a culture of transparency and accountability, helping him secure the approval for deployment of over $1 billion of capital for multiple strategic acquisitions. Concurrently, Butch has improved ASRC’s profile with key long-term Alaskan partners, investment banks and private equity firms. These impactful actions and leadership have resulted in ASRC surpassing $3 billion in revenue in 2018, more than doubling its earnings from 2011 to 2018, and returning over $600 million in dividends to ASRC’s 13,000 shareholders over the same period.
Butch holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He resides in Anchorage, Alaska with his wife Robyn and their two sons.
