Patsy Aamodt (Pausan) currently serves on the board of directors for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) and is the current treasurer for the company.
In addition to serving on the ASRC board of directors, Patsy previously served as vice chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Alaska and also served as the president and treasurer for the Native Village of Barrow.
Patsy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Teaching as well as her Master of Arts in Public School Administration from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. In addition, she earned her Certificate of Advance Study in Administration, Planning and Social Policy at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
In Patsy’s free time, she enjoys subsistence hunting and fishing at the Aamodt Camp with family, as well as traveling, sewing for her family and reading. Patsy lives in Barrow with her husband Mike. They have two grown children, Nels and Avaiyak, who also live in Barrow.
