ASRC Federal Acquires Mission Solutions Engineering

ASRC Federal Holding Company, a subsidiary of Alaska-based Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, has acquired Mission Solutions Engineering.

MSE is a full-service systems and software engineering provider with expertise in engineering complex and large-scale systems and incorporating open source technology. Headquartered in Crystal City, Va., with operations in Moorestown, N.J., MSE has over 500 employees supporting defense customers such as the Missile Defense Agency and U.S. Navy. MSE will function as a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, and will gain the support of ASRC Federal’s shared services operations to help continue to meet the needs of current customers and help posture for continued growth.

MSE President Tim Caswell will continue to guide the company’s strategic direction and chief operating officer Mike Knowles will continue managing daily operations in Moorestown.
