Arctic Slope Regional Corporation is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions by our wholly-owned subsidiary, ASRC Federal.

Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, Vistronix has over 700 employees and has been providing a broad range of enterprise solutions to federal agencies across the mission assurance and national security markets for over 25 years.

Going forward, Vistronix will be a subsidiary of ASRC Federal. ASRC Federal’s family of companies provide engineering, information technology, logistics and professional/program management services to help government customers achieve mission success.
